Using Auto Flights

Auto Flights helps you extract flight details from information you submit and, when you request it, create or update a flight event in Google Calendar. By using the service, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy.

Your account and content

You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for the flight information you submit. You must have the right to submit any traveler or itinerary information you provide. Please review every extracted itinerary and Calendar event before relying on it.

Google Calendar connection

Connecting Google Calendar is optional. When you connect it, you authorize Auto Flights to list your calendars and create, update, or move the Auto Flights events you choose in the selected calendar. The app uses this access only to provide the Calendar features you request.

You can disconnect at any time in Settings or revoke the app's access from your Google Account. Google's terms and policies also apply to your use of Google Calendar.

Availability and accuracy

Flight details can change and automated extraction can make mistakes. Auto Flights does not guarantee that extracted information, event timing, airline details, or Calendar synchronization will always be complete, accurate, or uninterrupted. It is not a substitute for checking the airline's official itinerary.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, attempt to access another person's account or data, interfere with the service, or use it unlawfully. We may suspend access when needed to protect the service, users, or comply with law.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms as the service evolves. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms. For questions, contact the Auto Flights team through the support channel provided with your account.
