What this covers

This policy explains how Auto Flights handles information when you create an account, forward flight confirmations, and connect Google Calendar.

Information we process

We process your account email, the flight information you forward or enter (such as itinerary details, confirmation codes, traveler names, and notes), and the preferences you set in the app.

When you connect Google Calendar, we receive the Google email address associated with that connection, the calendars available to your account, your selected calendar, and a Google-issued refresh token that lets the app continue to create or update flight events after the short-lived access token expires.

How we use Google Calendar data

Calendar access is used only to show your available calendars and, when you choose to push or re-push a flight, create or update that flight's event in the calendar you selected. If you use the move feature, we move only Auto Flights events that you selected.

Auto Flights does not use your Calendar connection to read the contents of your existing calendar events, advertise to you, or sell Calendar data. You can disconnect Calendar at any time in Settings; this removes the connection credential stored by the app.

Service providers and sharing

We use service providers that help operate the app, including authentication and database services, Google for Calendar access, and an AI service to extract flight details from the information you submit. We share data with them only as needed to provide these features or comply with law.

Your choices

You control whether to connect Google Calendar and which calendar receives a flight event. You can review and edit flight details before pushing an event, disconnect your Calendar connection in Settings, and revoke Auto Flights' Google access from your Google Account's third-party access settings.

Security and changes

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards designed to protect the information we process. No online service can guarantee absolute security. We may update this policy as the product changes; the latest version will always appear on this page.
